Empowering Youg Adults!  Get the knowledge and confidence to truly take control of your financial life.  This journey will be interesting, eye opening and maybe even fun.  The course provides a solid foundation of personal finance knowledge.  You will acquire a basic understanding of critical definitions, tools and opportunities.  Included are 9 key areas, Banking; Credit and Debit Cards; Debt & Credit Scores; Investment Terms; Employment Onboarding; Building Wealth; Taxes; Cryptocurrency and finally Budgeting.   In the Banking section you will learn about different types of banks and the services they offer.  Credit and Debit Cards follow wth the featues, benefits and risks explained.Types of Debt, Credit Reporting Agencies and Credit Scores are defined.In the Investment section, common terms are defined such as Stocks, Bonds, Brokerage accounts and types of Funds.We move on to "Your New Job" chapter.  Tax withholding, 401ks and health insuance options are explored.Next is a section entitled "Building Wealth".  Included is information on IRAs but more focused on taking control of your financail future, looking at what's possible.We then move into Taxes.  How they work and what to expect.  A favorite topic is next, Cryptocurrency.  We explore how it works and then why it's of such interest.The 9th Chapter is titled Budgeting but it's realy more about money management.  Knowing where your money goes each month.A final section details 8 priorities for people just starting out on their own.  Do these and start out strong and confident.  As you see, the course covers a very wide range of topics.  That is the goal, to give you a basic understanding and the confidence to truly take control of your future.  To Be Fearless!
