The material was actually recorded at the same performance that yielded Joe's incredible If You're Not Part Of The Solution set – and like that one, it features extended tracks that are overflowing with great solo moments – Henderson on tenor, Woody Shaw on trumpet, and George Cables on electric piano – working with a hip rhythm combo that features Tony Waters on percussion, Ron McClure on bass, and Lenny White on drums. Joe's tone is fantastic, blowing these spiraling solos that are incredible – and Woody is at his peak as well!
