Making her producing debut alongside Doug Schadt (Maggie Rogers), Lindsay Ell has evolved her sound and crafted a collection of songs that showcase her outstanding talent as a songwriter and guitarist for her new project love myself, which combines two previously released EPs. Channeling pain into power, Ell has undergone a musical metamorphosis that has transformed her into an unbound, fearless, and unapologetic artist.

“I am more inspired and excited to make music than I ever have been before and, for the first time in a long time, I’m no longer standing under a veil of trying to be who I’m not,” says Lindsay Ell. “This project is all about learning how to love myself again. This has been my journey back to myself, back to the music that I have wanted to make since I first moved to Nashville.

Lindsay Ell’s authenticity shines through in both her lyrics on the love myself collection and her ongoing work as an advocate and philanthropist. After coming forward as a sexual assault survivor in 2020, Ell launched the Make You Movement fund which supports disenfranchised youth, specifically victims of sexual and domestic violence. She has also worked with RAINN and Youth For Tomorrow to raise funds in support of sexual assault awareness, and is a dedicated supporter of the LGBTQIA2+ community, having worked with organizations such as The Rainbow Railroad and GLAAD.
