Nowhere Road is the first solo album by ex-Savoy Brown vocalist Chris Youlden, released in 1973. The album featured a number of well-known session musicians including Chris Spedding, Ray Fenwick, Roy Babbington and ex-Fleetwood Mac guitarist Danny Kirwan. Wikipedia.
Strong songs, inventive arrangements and Chris Youlden’s wonderful ‘clotted-cream’ voice make this first solo album by the ex-Savoy Brown vocalist something of an overlooked gem that was, perhaps, just a little too ahead of its time.
