Chikara (Japanese for "power") is a compilation album by KISS. A Japanese CD only compilation. Very rare. Released in anticipation of the Japan Tour 1988. Only 100,000 copies of this compilation were made. Early copies included a special sew-on patch of the Chikara symbol. Chikara picture discs are NOT official, and are bootleg. Please Note: There are bootleg copies of this CD, you can tell the difference by slight variations in the quality of the cover print - mainly in the details such as clarity of the eyes and patches on jackets. If it isn't clear, it's probably fake. As most vinyl collectors know, the sound quality of picture discs is not as good as conventional vinyl albums. In the case of this rip, the unofficial picture disc is the only version of it to ever be pressed on the vinyl format. The sound is still far better than the CD version. I have included scans of both sides of the record. This came in a clear plastic sleeve so there is nothing else to scan.
