Additional Information: 180 Gram vinyl LP. MONO. Reissue.
WARNING! Side two was stamped off center. Side one was perfect so the hole wasn't the issue. These albums are pressed in such small production runs I suspect all of these are bad so I've decided to release this rip. If nothing else you'll save $20. I have an original Epic (US) Stereo pressing but the sibilance is out of control. I only see one original Epic mono on Ebay. The LP is still sealed and it costs $650. If you like the Yardbirds as much as I do you'll grab this. Side one kicks ass and the first two tracks on side two are worth having. After that things get pretty bad.
About this rip: Side one is a fold down of both channels. Side two, because of "skew" is the right channel panned center. Until someone else starts ripping Yardbirds in 24/96, this may be the only Mono copy you'll be seeing for quite some time. If you find a better rip, please share!
Side One:
01 - Little Games
02 - Smile On Me
03 - White Summer
04 - Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Sailor

About this pressing: I bought this new, still sealed at "Good Records" in Dallas tx. When I called to ask about returning it they said "We don't accept returns". You don't sell tubert a NEW DEFECTIVE Vinyl and tell me to EAT IT! 3 weeks later I was given the "privilege" of exchanging it for something else. Last week a friend I haven't seen in a while stopped by. As soon as I mentioned "Good Records" he started laughing and said he and his son refuse to shop there. When in Dallas, avoid "Good Records".
Your vinyl playmate, tubert.
P.S. It figures the first 180g reissue I ever bought was defective. Back to original pressings for me?
