    is an album by the Australian singer Olivia Newton-John, released in 1981. The album was a massive success, peaking in sixth place on Billboard 200and ranking double platinum. This was also Newton-John's first and only album to chart R&B, peaking at number thirty-two. With country music completely overlooked for this album, this unsurprisingly became Newton-John's first studio album not to chart country since her 1971 debut, If Not for You. Physical is the best selling album by a female Australian singer, selling 10,000,000 copies worldwide. Physical also spawned a corresponding video album of the same name, an industry first that helped launch the nascent long-form music video market. Each of the album's songs had its own corresponding promotional video. ABC broadcasted the video as Let's Get Physical, adding two new performances: "Magic," from the movie Xanadu, and "Hopelessly Devoted to You," from the movie Grease. The title was one of the first music video offerings on LaserDisc, and was used by many retailers to successfully promote the product. Although Olivia: Physical has never been released on DVD by Universal Music as a standalone title, all of the album's videos are available on the Video Gold compilation video. The critic Stephen Thomas Erlewine of Allmusic gave a very positive review, citing "Physical" as: "not just a hit, but a pop-culture phenomenon that was impossible to escape". "Physical": The title track was Newton-John's biggest pop single ever spending 10 weeks atop Billboard Hot 100. The song tied Debby Boone's "You Light Up My Life" as the then longest running number one on the Billboard Hot 100 by a female artist. (Whitney Houston broke the record when "I Will Always Love You" spent 14 weeks atop the Hot 100). The song also peaked at No. 29 AC and No. 28 R&B (her only entry on the R&B singles chart). "Make a Move on Me": Another top 5 hit, also peaked in sixth place on Adult Contemporary Chart. "Landslide": Peaked in fifty-two on Billboard Hot 100.
