This is such an awesome synthpop album. It's extremely catchy and the synths are really cool and some of the best in all of music. The vocals are kind of goofy but really cool and fun. The vocals remind me of the singer from Men Without Hats a little, like in the song "Message on the Radio". Living on Video is the most well known song on here and it's really awesome, one of my favorites, and the video for it is cool too.
Listening to this again after a couple years reminded me why i liked it so much in the first place. This can be added to a list of like a million reasons why i like stuff from the 80's so much. I wasn't even alive in that decade (born in 1991) but i have always liked and been really interested in stuff from that time. The music, movies, tv, video games, fashion (i wouldn't wear it but it's cool to look at haha) and just the culture/pop culture in general.
Also it's really cool that this was included in the new call of duty zombie mode. I haven't really played it yet but when my brother was playing it, i was like "is that… it is…awesome!" and i did that with most of the songs that are included on the soundtrack for it.
This is such an underrated album. I expected at least a couple reviews but it's cool that i'm the first.by jrs15, rateyourmusic.com
