"I Never Gave Up" is a single from Chumbawamba, different version than "Rappaport's Testament: I Never Gave Up" off of their album Slap!.
The song was covered by US rock band Ted Leo and the Pharmacists on their 2007 EP Mo' Living.
The b-side "Laughing" would reappear as "Shhh" on the album Shhh, with slightly different lyrics and an additional chorus.
