Elmore James Jr. is the undisputed son of legendary blues great, Elmore James, who is regarded today as the father of electric slide guitar. He influenced an entire generation of blues artists with his sizzling delta blues style, from traditional electric Chicago blues to the Beatles and the Rolling Stones. The elder EJ was known for his raw, passionate performances live and in the studio.
