Frank Owens as a musical director, he has worked throughout the course of his career for Johnny Mathis, Chubby Checker, Melba Moore, Johnny Nash, Connie Francis, John Denver, Irene Cara, Lesley Gore, Freda Payne, Petula Clark and Keith David. Furthermore, he participated in numerous television commercials. In the field of jazz he was involved between 1966 and 2005 in 38 recording sessions.
