Modplan-e is a pv planning tool which should make easier the subdivision and choice of the modules on a roof or a surface to the planner of solar modules.
It is a slightly learnable and reasonable tool.
But also for the ambitious private man who would like to lend a hand by the planning himself very helps modplan-e.
The planning of the modules on a surface goes very simply. First a surface is defined. Then the necessary free surfaces on which no solar modules can lie are defined perhaps. Now one can be selected from a self-defined amount in potential modules. Now modplan-e determines the at most possible number of modules on the surface.
Now the module grid is positioned as desired on the surface, modules are deactivated or activated. The achievement to be achieved is worked out and indicated. If everything is appropriate for wish, the result can be printed out.
