FIXED TotalFinder shows window titles in Expose. (issue).
FIXED Fixed annoying bug when windows could not receive focus at some circumstances. (issue and issue).
FIXED When cycling through windows skip the desktop window. (issue).
FIXED Fixed window displacement bug when tab was pulled out and returned back into the same window. (issue).
FIXED When sliding Visor up, visor window always appears on top of other TotalFinder windows.
IMPROVED The cut-operation cooperates better with system clipboard. (issue)
IMPROVED Tab switching should be a bit faster and window switching/dragging should not flicker.
IMPROVED Default menubar icon is black (it was previously gray).
