STORY:
Después de conseguir lambasted por el jefe de la policía para resolver los 42 robos cometidos en su reloj, Oficial Kennedy bamboozles vagabundos Stanley y Oliver en un plan para recuperar su reputación, a cambio de no encarcelar a ellos para dormir en los bancos del parque. Kennedy establece que burgling el jefe de la policía de la propia casa, la planificación para detenerlos en frente de su jefe, y luego "por el que se fijan que" para los muchachos.

After getting lambasted by the Police Chief for the 42 unsolved robberies committed on his watch, Officer Kennedy bamboozles vagrants Stanley and Oliver into a plan to recover his reputation, in exchange for not jailing them for sleeping on park benches. Kennedy sets them to burgling the Police Chief's own house, planning to arrest them in front of his boss, and later "fixing it" for the boys.
