Anatol Konstantinovich Lyadov (the last name is often spelled "Liadov") was the son and grandson of noted conductors who led musical ensembles at the Mariinsky Theater and the St. Petersburg Philharmonic, respectively. The young Lyadov showed exceptional talent and was admitted to the Conservatory. While admiring his native talent, his main teacher, Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, was forced to expel him for unexplained absences. He was later permitted to take the graduation exams, and passed them easily. He became a noted professor and ethnomusicologist (publishing over 120 folk songs). He married in 1884, a match that gave him considerable wealth and a large estate at Polinovka……..

The album contains 14 tracks, carefully curated by Wilson along with her producer Fred Mollin. Wilson is best known for her acting roles in more than 28 films and numerous television programs. Rita was the driving force behind My Big Fat Greek Wedding and produced the film musical Mamma Mia!. She also starred as Roxie Hart on Broadway in the musical Chicago. A lifelong passion for music brought her many talents full circle to deliver an album release that is an extremely personal endeavor. She chose songs for the album that resonated emotionally with her, that told a story and evoked the era of the 60s and 70s which sparked her singing desires.

Album released in Spain in the 80's. It is the first published collection of songs in Spanish performed by the pianist, guitarist and singer Nat King Cole. Nat only had musical and pianistic received from his mother and soon he turned his attention to jazz, swing and gospel, along with classical music. His artistic activity, although it started in the middle of the decade of 30's, did not stand up to early 40's and ended up having a number 1 in sales in 1950 with the theme 'Mona Lisa'. From 1958 Nat expanded his global popularity to the Spanish-speaking countries beginning to sing songs in Spanish, which he did until 1962, but their language skills were lacking. From that time and the Spanish repertoire is compiled this first album.
