Alexander Arutiunian was born on 2 September 1920 in Yerevan, where he received his education (he later completed his training under Genrikh Litinsky in Moscow in the period 1946–48). During the fifty years of his composing career Arutiunian has written a large number of instrumental concertos, rhapsodies, poems for piano, violin and cello, flute, oboe, female voice and orchestra, and also the first Armenian concertos for brass instruments: the trumpet, horn, trombone and tuba. As a result of his interest in brass instruments, he wrote his Armenian Sketches quintet that became a repertory piece. His vocal and orchestral works has strengthened the international acclaim accorded to him. Arutiunian holds titles including Professor of Composition of the Conservatoire of Yerevan, People’s Artist of 1 ashug: a Caucasian folk singer and poet.

Jesús Guridi Bidaola (Vitoria, Spain, 25 September 1886 – Madrid, 7 April 1961) was a Spanish Basque composer, and is a key player in the Spanish and Basque music of the twentieth century. His style fits into what we might call the late romantic stamp, directly inherited from Wagner, and with a strong influence from the Basque culture. Among his best known works are the operetta “El Caserío”, the opera “Amaya”, the orchestral work “Ten Basque melodies” and his organ works, where the “Triptych of the Good Shepherd” can be highlighted.

Orfeón Donostiarra is undoubtedly the most important choral group in Spain and one of the most renowned in the world. It has published more than 130 albums and is made entirely by over 170 voices. The choir has tried to keep during its history the amateur status that conferred its founders. This CD brings together 15 tracks, all of 'habaneras', a vocal style that has been exported to the world through the International Contest of Habaneras and Polyphony of Torrevieja, in Alicante (Spain). All the songs are creations of Spanish authors with a careful selection and a varied instrumental accompaniment (piano, accordion, guitar, bass, …) with specific arrangements for this recording.

Box set release from The Millennium consisting 8 CDs featuring unreleased tracks of the band, each member's solo works (Curt Boettcher, Sandy Salisbury, Lee Mallory), the first album "Begin," and a rare album "Pieces." This edition features cardboard sleeve jacket, the latest remastering, and the high-fidelity Blu-spec CD format (compatible with standard CD players). Comes with a Japanese edition booklet and lyrics. Influenced by psychedelia and California rock, pop/rock producer Curt Boettcher (the Association) decided to assemble a studio supergroup who would explore progressive sounds in 1968. Millennium's resultant album would find no commercial success and only half-baked artistic success, but nonetheless retains some period charm.

This is the only official compilation album aknowledge by the band.
