Morales released the self-titled Michael Morales in 1989. That CD garnered MTV airplay and landed three hit singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, including "Who Do You Give Your Love To?", (peaked #15 Billboard Hot 100). If you like po/rock, Rick Springfield, hint of Def Leppard, and feel good music, you will be satisfied.

Now here's a band with some musical history! Formed by Paul Gurvitz, who earlier had a top 10 hit in Europe with the band Gun (Race with the Devil), who evolved into Three Man Army and Baker Gurvitz Army, with Ginger Baker of Cream. Other members include Brian Parrish, who formed the prog rock band Badger, keyboardist Tony Kaye of Yes, Mike Kellie of Spooky Tooth on drums, Rick Wills of Foreigner on bass, and Mickey Gallager on keys (Ian Drury). The latter three later became the nucleus of Peter Frampton's Camel. Top all of that off with the Beatles' producer George Martin laying down the string arrangements and layering the band's sound into a brilliant tapestry of music.

.With their classic early lineup, anchored by the swagger, grit, and heart of lead singer Ronnie Van Zant, Lynyrd Skynyrd merged Allman Brothers guitars with barrelhouse piano (courtesy of keyboardist Billy Powell, a bigger part of Skynyrd's classic sound than most people realize), then tossed in a big dose of hard rock attitude and gave it all credence with a kind of blustering and cocky honky tonk sensibility…

1997, German Hard Rock act with a melodic touch. Great stuff for those who want well played Hard rock with a early 80s touch! Jürgen Wulfes reminds of David Coverdale/John Sykes/Larry Baud.

In Between (2005). The Israeli prog scene enjoys a kind of renaissance in early '05 with the release of several excellent debut albums by young groups, each and every one of them surprisingly excellent and refreshing. This one is perhaps the most ambitious of them all, presenting an entire new rock-opera rather than a collection of individual songs. The music, arrangements and orchestration (including a string quartet) are definitely worthy of comparison to similar projects attempted in the 1970's. The four members of the group play a wide selection of instruments and strengthened by additional players and vocalists they manage quite successfully to achieve a grandiose production…
