Returned to the ghetto, the shopkeeper shares his information with a friend and then rumors fly that there is a secret radio within the ghetto. Jakob uses the chance to spread hope throughout the ghetto by continuing to tell favorable tales of information from "his secret radio." Jakob, however, has a real secret in that he is hiding a young Jewish girl who escaped from a camp transport train. A rather uplifting and slightly humorous film about World War II Jewish Ghetto life.

    Some of you might have already met this movie as DVD but for the first time in the web it is uploaded as DVDRip so that its total size is just 3.4 GB. War and Peace (1968) is an eight-hour epic film based on the eponymous book by Leo Tolstoy. Two main story-lines are complex and intertwined. One is the love story of young Countess Natasha Rostova and Count Pierre Bezukhov, who is unhappy in his marriage. Another is the "Great Patriotic War" of 1812 against the invading Napoleon's Armies. The people of Russia from all classes of society stand up united against the enemy. The 500,000 strong Napoleon's army moves through Russia and causes much destruction culminating in the battle of Borodino. The Russian army has to retreat. Moscow is occupied, looted and burned down, but soon Napoleon loses control and has to flee. Both sides suffer tremendous losses in the war, and Russian society is left irrevocably changed. The film took 7 years to produce and cost over $100 million. If inflation is taken into account, a film of this magnitude would cost over $700 million today, making War and Peace the most expensive film ever made.

The news is ill-received by Arnaud’s wife Armelle, a speech therapist who is reluctant to give up her job and her anonymity to become an object of public scrutiny. Try as she might, Armelle cannot help embarrassing her husband, and she begins to resent the humiliations his family subject her to.     Roman et Lulu se sont rencontrés. Roman et Lulu se sont immédiatement aimés. Mais Roman a deux problèmes. Le premier, c'est qu'il a deux fois l'âge de Lulu ; le deuxième, c'est que ce n'est justement pas un problème pour Lulu. Roman, un dessinateur de bandes-dessinées, et Lulu, une jeune actrice, s'aiment depuis leur première rencontre. Ce pourrait être le début d'une grande et belle histoire d'amour mais Roman a deux problèmes : premièrement, il a la cinquantaine, soit deux fois l'âge de Lulu ,et deuxièmement, ce n'est pas du tout un problème pour Lulu. Cinq ans passent. Roman se pose de plus en plus de questions sur leur différence d'âge et l'avenir de leur relation. Il décide de rompre. Dans le même temps, Lulu obtient un rôle aux Etats-Unis et doit partir 48 heures plus tard. Ils ont prévu de passer ensemble ce dernier week-end qui prend des allures d'ultimatum : partira, partira pas…
