Positivity is George Anderson's first solo project. Somehow a best kept secret George released the album on Secret Records. Anyway the album deserves some limelight. Unlike other albums of bass players is the main emphasis of Positivity not the bass but vocals.

MCMXC a.D. ("1990" in Roman numerals followed by an abbreviation of Anno Domini) is the first studio album of the German music project Enigma, headed by Romanian-German musician Michael Cretu, released on 10 December 1990 on Virgin Records in the UK.

The Charlatans demonstrated signs of a revival on Up to Our Hips, yet that record in no way suggested the full-fledged return to form of The Charlatans UK, the group's most ambitious, focused, and successful album. The group hasn't changed its sonic approach, yet its music has deepened, incorporating heavy dance elements without losing its core sound. Occasionally, the album relies too heavily on trippy dance instrumentals, but those are funkier and wilder than ever before, and they fit neatly next to the group's Stonesy pop, which is consistently catchy this time around. The Charlatans UK illustrates how a working rock & roll band can balance traditional rock and modern post-acid house music, and the results are frequently glorious.

"(We Should Be) Lovers" commences with some fine musicianship and female vocals underpinned by a scratchy, funky guitar, slap bass and keys, Rick himself reverberates soulfully and snugly inbetween the grooves. It is when he really glides over the melody and is joined by brass and strings that the track really comes alive. A fantastic start, then, and proceeded by a sweet ballad featuring a duet with Sandi Humphreys. Slow to start, but slowly building into a memorable tune, "I’ve Got To Be With You" is indeed a highlight of this album. Sandi is a lovely vocalist and her phrasing against the strings and female backing singers really works a treat.

The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO), founded in 1904, is the oldest of London's symphony orchestras. It was set up by a group of players who left Henry Wood's Queen's Hall Orchestra because of a new rule requiring players to give the orchestra their exclusive services. The LSO itself later introduced a similar rule for its members. From the outset, the LSO was organised on co-operative lines, with all players sharing the profits at the end of each season. This practice continued for the orchestra's first four decades.
