Following the good reception for the two tracks featuring Dave on Conny Conrad's Generations CD, the two got together to record a whole CD of collaborative material. It's a powerful set, matching Conny's guitar and arrangements with some of the finest and most striking songs Dave has produced for a while - the rocking "Call To Action" is a standout track for many, the poignant "Deep In The Darkest Night" does it for others.

Soundtrack to the blockbuster Chinese film "Wolf Warrior 2", directed by Chinese martial arts super star Jacky Wu Jing. After the events of Wolf Warriors, Leng Feng and members of his special-ops team brings his comrade's cremains back to his home town and his comrade's family for his funeral, only to see it on the verge of being torn down completely. A real estate company is pulling down comrade's family and his house during the funeral. The boss of the real estate company confronts them with a gun and sneers at them presenting the remains to the family, only for the boss to be kicked to the ground. The boss calls for his henchmen to attack them but they are all swiftly disabled by the team. Police arrive shortly after and ask Leng Feng to put down the gun he confiscated from the boss. The boss gets back up and boasts that he will "make the family wish they were dead" to Feng, enraging him to a point that he kicks the boss in the stomach, sending him crashing onto a police car's windshield, killing him. This results in him being sent to a military prison for two years and being discharged from the Chinese military.

Lakeshore Records will release a new soundtrack album for the AMC original series Halt and Catch Fire. The album features a selection of songs from the show, including the main title theme by Trentemøller, as well as tracks by Violent Femmes, The Clash, Peter Gabriel, Pixies, David Bowie, talking heads, Ex Hex & more. The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 18, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label has previously released a soundtrack featuring the show’s original score by Paul Haslinger. Backstage and Dangerous: The Private Rehearsal is a rehearsal album of the rock band The Doors, recorded live at the Aquarius Theatre in Hollywood. The band played two concerts on 21 July 1969, while the next day on 22 July 1969 were presented, but behind closed doors and without public. The concert was recorded and released by the label of the Bright Midnight Archives.
