After 28 years and 13 albums Eat Static are back with a new album - Last Ship to Paradise, which sees founder member Merv joins forces with original Eat Static member Steve Everitt. This is the first Eat Static release that's been done entirely with modular synthesizers. Merv and Steve embrace the burgeoning underground modular movement and combined their studios with a view to pushing boundaries and exploring total creativity and control over their own sounds. They wanted to go past the normal limitations of regular analogue hardware, let alone presets and widely available plug-ins.

Melange are named for the drug from Dune, Frank Herbert’s sci-fi epic, so of course their music is psychedelic. Vienta Bravo’s (Brave Wind) songs also have an earthy folksiness about them earning the band its title of "the spice".

This 3CD set collects the greatest music from the Queen of Country, Dolly Parton - from her early days supporting "The Thin Man from the West Plains" Porter Wagoner, through her transition to solo country act, to her final status as the global superstar we all know and love. Beneath the bubbly blonde entertainer is the incredible song-writing talent that has written some of the most memorable songs in the history of country music.
