Production duo Beacon are set to release new album 'Gravity Pairs' on November 2nd. The Ghostly signed pairing have been in the studio for some time, dropping a handful of hints to fans along the way. 'Gravity Pairs' is the result - due out on November 2nd, and the title is informed by the writings of 20th­ century scientific­ mystic Walter Russell.

Emika will release her next album, Falling In Love With Sadness, this October. Ema Jolly's fifth full-length follows last year's Melanfonie, a crowdfunded LP made in collaboration with the 50-piece Prague Philharmonic Orchestra. The new album, co-produced with Robert Witschakowski of The Exaltics, moves away from the "stripped-down qualities of albums [like] Dva and Drei." The World Saxophone Quartet was and continues to be a potent force on the modern jazz scene. This boxed set collection includes remastered versions of some of their earliest albums recorded for the Italian Black Saint/Soul Note labels during the 1970s and 1980s. These albums feature the original lineup of Julius Hemphill on alto and soprano saxophones and flute, Oliver Lake on alto and soprano saxophones, Hamiet Bluiett on baritone saxophone and alto clarinet and David Murray on tenor saxophone and bass clarinet. This six disc set includes the albums: Steppin’ With The World Saxophone Quartet, W.S.Q., Revue, Live In Zurich, Live At the Brooklyn Academy Of Music and Moving Right Along.
